Do I need to stop taking my supplements or medications before a women's health test?

High doses of biotin consumption (e.g. vitamin B7 or B8, vitamin H, or coenzyme R) should be avoided for at least 72 hours prior to specimen collection. However, Genetrack does not recommend changing or stopping any medications or supplements without first consulting a healthcare provider.
